Medical Impairments that cause disability.

There are many medical impairments that can cause a person to be disabled.  Some are physical impairments and some are mental impairments.  How these medical conditions effect a person’s ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, etc.  and how they effect a person’s ability to deal with people, co-workers, supervisors, deal with work stresses, maintain concentration, etc.  are the factors that will be considered in determining that a person is disabled or not.

Thus, we will attempt to obtain reports and/or evaluations from your doctors setting out how your medical problem affects your ability to perform work activity.  We will send your doctor forms that will make it easy for him or her to provide the needed information for your claim.

In some instances our clients have a rare medical condition that we have not seen before.  In those cases, we will research the illness or condition to make sure that we understand what information can be presented to help that client.
